He has been President of the Board of Directors of LYNX Asset Managers since 2021, and is directly in charge of the Legal and Human Resources departments. He is also President of the Board of LYNX Holding since 2016, where his main responsibilities are the definition and implementation of the strategy and growth opportunities of the participated companies. He monitors their activity, making the budget control and performance analysis. With a degree in Law, he began his career as a lawyer. In 1992, he became executive director of TDF - Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário. At the same time, he also became advisor to the board of the construction company Teixeira Duarte. He was also executive director of PTG - SGPS and vice-president of the executive board of AMBACTUS and of Refrigeração e Estruturas Metálicas d' Alagoa. He was also president of the executive board of several real estate companies, based in Figueira da Foz. He was also head of the board of directors of the publishing company Megafin for seven years.

He founded LYNX in 2008 and has been director since the management company's inception. He is responsible for the Structured Funds Division of the company. He has more than thirty years of experience in Private Banking, Brokerage, Real Estate and Securities Investment Funds and Venture Capital and is linked to the beginning of the development of the derivatives market in Portugal.
With a degree in Business Management, he started his professional career in Banco Comercial Português group, where he would build a good part of his career. He started as a Private Banker, and years later he assumed the position of Deputy Director in the Private Banking - Wealth Management Investment Department of Millennium bcp.
He also headed the Oporto office of the brokerage firm Comercial Dealer. Still in the BCP group, he was director of AF - Investimentos, investment funds management company and, later, director of the consulting and management areas of the Millennium Fundos de Investimentos and Private Equity Funds.

He is senior partner and director of LYNX Asset Managers since 2017, being responsible for the Commercial Department, namely for attracting domestic and foreign investors and FCR and Real Estate investments. He is also a director of LYNX Holding since 2019. Born in 1972, he graduated in Management and has a diversified professional career thanks to his experience in sectors such as media, real estate and tourism investments, automotive and venture capital.
He began his career at Media Capital, where he was commercial director. At Megafin, a publishing company, he was commercial and distribution director, and later administrator. He has held management positions in companies in the real estate and tourism sectors, and is also vice-president of the Board of Directors of Lince Capital.

Head of the Commercial area of Interfundos – SGOIC, specialized in the management and the setup of Real Estate Funds. Head of the Real Estate Development area at Banco Comercial Português.

Started his career at Quimigal Group, before moving to the research area of Banco Cisf, investment bank.  

Hasan Industrial Management Engineering degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa - FCT and an MBA from UBI – Business School, in Brussels.

Joined LYNX Asset Managers in 2023.

He has over thirty years of experience in the field of Asset Management and has been with LYNX Asset Managers since the beginning. As a director, he is directly responsible for the Compliance and Risk Management departments.
Born in 1965, he graduated in Business Administration and Management and started his career in the BCP group. He started as an analyst in the research department of Interfinança - Gestão de Patrimónios, S.A. At BCP Investimentos, he was portfolio manager and later sub-director of BCP.
He was also director of the client area of NCO - Gestão de Patrimónios, where he later became director. He was also on the board of First Portuguese - Sociedade Gestora de Patrimónios. Later he was part of the administration of MNF Capital and, later, administrator in the publishing company Megafin.
